We get the opportunity every year that we have the Holt's thanksgiving to participate in the live Nativity at Tuacaun. My amazing aunt Jan gets it all set up for us and this is definately my favorite part of the weekend. It gets me into the Christmas spirit and ready to enjoy the Holidays. If you haven't been to see it you need to go! It's so amazing and beautiful. They now charge $2 per person or $10 per family. They have santa there, a train ride ($1), beautiful lights to see, and live entertainment. The first time we did this was about six years ago and Jared & I played Joseph and Mary. I was expecting Juel at the time and it meant so much to me. I got a little tiny taste of what Mary got to experience including riding a donkey. He almost bucked me off too! I loved watching Jared play Joseph and hold the baby Jesus as if he were his own. I knew he would be an amazing father. One year my dad played the Inkeeper and he was crying when he had to tell Joseph there was no room. It was so sweet and sensitive of my dad and kind of make me giggle. Haha. We've played many different parts since then but this was Juels first year in it. He played the littlest shepherd boy and got the part of holding baby Jesus and showing him to the other shepherds. I didn't get any pictures of this because my battery died right as the show started but I snapped a few a little bit earlier. Again I love love love watching this!!!
