Picture tag by melinda!

I have been tagged by Melinda and I got to go to my pictures and pick the fourth folder and the fourth picture and post it. I lucked out because this is a Halloween picture from 2006! How fun!! I'm glad I was on my laptop because I've seen this tag before when I was on my desktop and it was a boring house picture with no one in it.
