I was the first up this year. I couldn't sleep any longer. It was 6:45 a.m and we had breakfast set for 8:30 so we decided to get going. Juel heard me and got up. I asked him if he wanted to see if Santa came and he said he needed a drink first. I think he said the same thing last year too. We let Juel open his stocking presents then we woke the girls up. They were a little honery and tired but as soon as they saw their kitchen they got excited. They opened their stockings and Anna started into the tantrums because all she wanted was the candy. Eva loved opening her all of her presents and the chocolate she found. Then the girls opened their babies and just wanted to play with them. Juel found his DS that Santa had left and was so excited! We had a wonderful Christmas and of course our kids got spoiled! It was over so quick I think next year we'll take our time opening the presents and make it last longer than an hour. We hung out and family and ate yummy food all day. Nothing better than the kids having fun and the adult playing games.

It's over in the blink of an eye! Crazy how much build up and then it's done. Atleast the kids enjoy it! JD got a DS too. Looks like they had fun!
