California!

We had a great time in California.  We stayed in Irvine for the first part of our trip.  

This is at Newport Beach after a half day at Disneyland.  We found a fun restaurant Baja Sharkeez to eat at.  I wanted seafood and Jared wanted Mexican and this had both!  It was yummy!

 Juel saw a kids touching this bird and thought he wanted to.  I thought he was a little crazy!

 On Friday we met with my family at Dana Point.  The kids had fun playing together even though it was a really rocky beach and a guy fishing by us caught a little shark!

 Checking out the San Clemente Pier on Saturday.   It was so beautiful!

We got to go see my nephew TJ and his beautiful Delainey get married in San Clemente!  It was a beautiful and fun wedding.  One of my favorite parts of our trip!  The twins were still on a magical princess high and they loved watching the beautiful princess in white marry the handsome prince!

 The 5 grandkids born in the same year!   You'd never know that little Eva is the second oldest!

 While we were watching everyone dancing Eva said she wanted to go dance with the princess in white so she went up and asked her and next thing I knew Delainey was holding Eva and dancing. It was so cute!

 The next day we met Jared's sister Amy & her family at Sea World.  Again it was hot and crowded but we had so much fun hanging out with them! We haven't seen them in over a year!

This was a cute picture but our favorite part was the little girls face on the left.  We didn't know her but she is cute! 

 For hardly remembering each other they sure were best friends fast!

 Juel tried to keep his distance but Elmo wasn't going to let him do that!  It was so funny!

 On Monday we went to Mission beach.  The kids loved the beach!

 Juel loved finding seashells and me and Jared loved catching the waves on our boogie boards. After the beach we went to Amy & Alans for dinner and to hang out.  We had such a great time in San Diego that I really didn't want to leave! 

  

 We got home Tuesday evening to find out that Jared's parents and brother were camping at the reservoir so we headed up to see them and got to go for a boat ride. 

This was the twins first time on a boat and they loved it!  Me and Jared even went skiing which we haven't done in years!  I got up pretty easy and took it easy.  I was too scared of crashing!  Jared got up went right to jumping the wake.  He always gives us a fun show but one crash was all it took for him to be done.

We had a really great vacation together and wished it could last longer!  I love making memories with my family and can't wait to go again some day!
