I can't believe my baby boy is 8! So much happens when you turn 8! He gets to join scouts and get baptized! It's a really big birthday!
His main present this year is the ipod touch he's been wanting. When he first asked for it I said no way! Then I got thinking about how nice it would be because he can get games for free and load movies on it oh and he wouldn't have to borrow mine 24/7. Then I told him if he worked really hard and earned $100 by his birthday then I would pay the rest. He worked really hard for a few days and had $20 but he got burned out and decided selling his Nintendo DS was a better way to go. Lucky for him it sold in 30 seconds on KSL!
Jared made this fun Kid wash sprinkler for him. We gave it to him around 9:00 am and it was cold but all the kids had to run through it!
For his birthday dinner I made him his favorite...Top Ramen and corn on the cob! The rest of us had a delicious dinner of ribs and potatoes.
Then we had the Rupp's over for his birthday ice cream cake!
It was a fun day for him and I love him so much! I am so glad he is mine and apart of our family!
