Juel is...

Smart, funny, kind, loving, considerate, and awesome!  This is a bragging session on my beloved boy!
The week of Valentines and parent/teacher conference he was home sick.  His teacher said he was doing really good at school.  He's above level in just about everything, especially reading.  His teacher said he's in a group of all girls because boys don't usually excel that fast.  Poor kid.  He doesn't seem to mind too much except a few months ago he missed recess because he refused to read Cinderella, which he claimed to be a girly book.  He didn't even know why he couldn't go to recess so I made him ask his teacher and I that's what she told him.  We talked about it and he decided next time he'll do what he's asked because it's the right thing and so he can go to recess.  He's got 100% every week on his spelling pre-test so he has never had to take the actual test this whole year.  He has rarely missed any math this whole year too. I was in charge of the Valentines Party for his class so I brought Juel to it since he was starting to feel better and his classmates were so happy to see him.   I thought some of the boys were going to hug him they got so close when he walked in.  I had a few kids on different occasion tell me how funny Juel is and that he always makes them laugh.  His teacher also told me he's friends with everyone which makes me really happy.  He brought home an assingment and I wanted to post it on here.
Foods Juel doesn't like to eat:
Cheese, Cornflakes, pork chops, bologna, carrots, strawberries, tuna fish, chicken, orange juice, banana, lettuce, onions, peppers, avocado, tacos, lasagna. (I know this list could go on and on.  He's one picky eater!)
Foods Juel would LIKE to eat:
Ice cream, corn, bread, watermelon, yogurt, chocolate milk, crackers, waffles, milk, eggs, apple, pizza, nachos, chocolate bar.

This is pretty typical of my little boy.  I am so proud of him and I love him so much!
