Solids!

The girls hit a new milestone this week. They went from drinking a bottle every 3-4 hours to eating some solids! I have been dreading this stage for a long time and I have put it off until now which they are almost 6-months-old. I figured it would take twice as long to feed them and boy was I right. But I can feed them both at the same time (a bite in one mouth, then a bite in the other). Then they still like their bottles afterward. Eve gets a little impatient while waiting for her next bite but she'll live.
It's been anther crazy week of my life but what else is new. The girls don't sleep anymore during the day. But every once in a while I'll get lucky and get them down for 1 hour. I've decided they take up about 80% of my time. The rest has been spent with my new calling Young Women's. Between meetings and activities and preparing my lesson (which turned out pretty darn good if I must say so myself), there was little time left for anything else. I did some how manage to get some medical bills straightened out. Other than that, my house and my husband got neglected. I hope this week will go a lot smoother and atleast get my house back into shape.
I bought a Cricket for an early mother's day present. I wanted one for my handouts and I knew I would need one a lot with this calling, so I figured it was worth the money. I had that thing figured out in two minutes flat
and I have been having so much fun with it ever since.
