We spent our long Thanksgiving break up at Grandma & Grandpa Moody's home. They live in a nice cabin in Woodland hills. The kids were lucky to have enough snow to play in. Every morning after breakfast they would head out for some sledding fun on the perfect hill in their back yard. We had a wonderful thanksgiving with most of Jareds family, Grandma & Grandpa Gubler, and Paul & Annette. Jana overdid herself with a wonderful homemade feast and boy was it good!
Eva loved it!

I made Spencer & Jana an early Christmas present and had the grandkids that were there present it to them.
I made a grandkid tree and there was a wood block ornament for each grandkid that had a current photo and a baby photo of each kid. With their name and the number in order they were born.
I added some wood signs with cute sayings to go with it.
It was fun to have the kids show grandma their ornament and hang them on the tree.
On Friday we decided to go bowling. It was the twins first time bowling and Juel hasn't been in a really long time
Anna loved it!
Juel got pretty good!
Evan had to carry her own ball every time and I was so scared she was going to drop it on her toe!
Anna & Cole like to watch the balls come back.
On Saturday we had breakfast at my sisters and I got to meet my great nephew Jett. He was so cute. It's so crazy that my nephew has a kid! They all seem to be doing so good. Then we took the kids to build a bear. It was their first time and they were so excited. The twins had some birthday money left and Juel said he would pay for half of his. They had a lot of fun picking everything out.
Anna closing her eyes and making a wish with the heart on her heart. So cute!
Eva chose a dog.
Juel making the heart smart.
They gave them a bath then...
They picked out their clothes and named them. Juel has Blacky decked out in Broncos gear, Anna has Akan, the koala, in a princess outfit, and Eva has Puffy in her very stylish outfit with heels included!
We had such a fun time!
It was a wonderful Thanksgiving and I am so thankful for my husband and kids, for my family and Jared's family, for my friends and the fun times we have and the memories made when we get together. I am so grateful to have the gospel in my life and the sweet joy it brings to me daily. I am grateful for the country I live in and the freedom we enjoy. I have so much to be grateful for and I love this time of year to reflect upon everything I have been blessed with. I look forward to another holiday season!
