What have we been up to???

I was doing some cleaning and had the girl's old car seat sitting on the floor and Eva thought it was the coolest toy! She played with it for a couple of hours. Only crying when Anna would try to take over and push her out.

One day at the grocery store I was checking out and the cart goes behind the cashier so I can't see it. When the bagger pushed the cart out Juel was sitting in the "baby" seat and looked at me with the guiltiest face! He said "Don't tell dad I sat in the baby seat!" I told him I wouldn't but then I snapped a picture and he pulled the sour face. I asked why he climbed in there and he said he wanted to see the TV that was playing ads. Silly boy!!

This was right before we left for Enterprise. I gave the girls their Babies to take with them and thought it was cute that they matched. We were so excited to go visit everyone!

We stopped to pick up Juel and watch his class have their nursery rhyme party. He picked out Peter, peter, pumpkin eater. He memorized it after I told it to him twice! We got it on video but he was soooo shy you could barely hear him. He liked dressing up for the part though and he colored that page all by himself. He did so good Jared thought I colored it. Haha!

After the long drive and Eva not sleeping at all and crying most of the way I think we've decided to fly to WA state this summer instead of drive. 3 1/2 hours was all I could take I can't imagine 14+ hours in the car with that girl! She was as happy as could be though when we got to grandma's. She found these Mr. Potato head glasses and wore them everyday we were there. We went to visit grandma in Sun River and she found another pair to wear while we were there! Silly girl!

While visiting grandma I took the kids to the park. I really needed some vitamin D and sun shining on my face. I loved the warmth! The girls haven't been to a park since they've been walking and they thought it was so fun!! They kept walking all over seeing how all the textures felt under their feet. They kept me really busy because they wouldn't stay together and they always ran in opposite directions! Kind of scary on the slides. I was so worried one would fall off! Juel loved playing there with his cousins and begs me to take him back.

For the game we went to Pinevalley with family and friends. It was a lot of fun but the girls and food kept me busy. I have to say I didn't really see much of the game. But that's how it usually is. I love football but my kids keep me hopping so much I miss everything but I wouldn't trade it for anything because I know one day I'll have too much time on my hands and miss them like crazy!

So much fun! And I'd fly. 14 hours would be like extreme torture! You picked a great weekend to come down, because it was very beautiful.

I'm glad we came, it was fun. And I'm GLAD your moving back someday, I thought you guys were gone for good. Camden & Cole need the girls in their classes to keep them in line.

Cute. Why weren't we invited for all the fun. J/K! We were down in Beryl late Saturday night and drove home Sunday. We just had an early birthday for Aaron at Mom's house. It was fun too.
